A seller account is necessary for creating a store. This account is separate from the admin account and is created by the admin account.
Log in to the admin account.
Go to Settings ⇒ Seller ⇒ Add new seller.
After creating the seller account, go back to the seller interface to approve and activate the seller account.
The support email is used to send order confirmation information to customers and must be verified on the system to send emails.
Log in to the admin account.
Go to Settings → Email → Verify Domain.
Enter the domain information and update DNS information before verifying. Note that it may take 10-15 minutes for DNS to receive and verify.
Log in with the admin account.
Go to the product section through the menu.
Create products.
Create a root product containing variant information, including sales price, product cost, and fulfillment cost (optional). The sales price will be used when the seller account creates a store based on this product.
Click the Add Product button to create the product.
Note that the support email must be verified in the previous step.
New variants can only be added to this product.
Create a Product Page. The Product Page is a public product for the seller account, containing additional information such as product descriptions, reviews, images, and shipping information, which will be applied when the seller account creates a store from the Product Page.
In the Product interface, scroll to the bottom to create a Product Page from the product.
The system will create a new Product Page, updating additional information such as shipping rules before publishing to the seller account.
Note: The Product Page can be shared with one or multiple seller accounts.
Information on the Product Page can also be edited in the seller's store.
To add a new gateway, go to Settings ⇒ Payment ⇒ Choose the gateway.
Each seller account will be linked to a corresponding PayPal gateway and a card gateway. Avoid using multiple gateways on one seller account.
To link a gateway to the seller account, go to Settings ⇒ Seller ⇒ Choose the seller account to link the gateway.
Each product can currently have its own policy, but general policies for the seller or domain can still be set in the admin interface.
